Common questions

Is the first conversation chargeable?

No. Initial conversations to understand your situation carry no charge or obligation, and if we can point you in a useful direction during that conversation, we will.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement first?

Yes. Confidentiality applies from the first contact under our professional obligations, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Where are your clients?

We are based in Pune and work with clients across India, and in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, and Canada. Most work can be done remotely, with meetings in person where they help.

How are engagements priced?

It depends on the work: fixed fees for defined projects, monthly retainers for ongoing support, and time-based fees where the scope cannot be fixed in advance. Every engagement letter sets out scope, deliverables, and fees before work begins.

How quickly can you start?

For urgent matters, often within days. For planned work, we agree a timetable that fits your reporting and audit calendar.

Do you work with other professional firms?

Yes. We work alongside law firms, investment banks, and other advisers on shared engagements, and accept referrals where we are the right fit.

Can you advise a company whose accounts you audit?

Only within the limits of section 144 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the ICAI Code of Ethics, and with the approval the law requires. Our professional standards page explains how we decide.
