Our engagements include credit loss models for listed companies, Ind AS conversions across groups of entities, consolidations through changes in control, and structures for promoters and families. In a firm of our size, the people who do that work sit in the same conversations as the partner and the client.
New joiners take on technical problems from the first month, with close review by a partner trained in Big Four assurance, and are expected to explain their reasoning as well as their numbers.
We hire when we meet the right person
We do not hire to fill a headcount plan. We hire when we meet someone rigorous, curious about how businesses really work, and able to explain a difficult conclusion simply.
